This is likely because <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/world-us-canada-63764450\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the US banned Huawei<\/a> from doing business with US companies, including Google. If you cannot see the device from the list, the phone is likely turned off or not connected to the internet. You could also have been logged out of your Huawei account. This function is handy if the phone is on mute and you cannot locate it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Touch Play Sound. Therefore, it&#8217;s not best to use if the phone is far from you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Lock-Device\">Lock Device<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can protect your data by remotely resetting the lock screen on a stolen Huawei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tap the Lock Device feature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The device will lock automatically.<br>This function will allow the phone to connect to Wi-Fi, but will prevent someone else from accessing the phone&#8217;s apps. After your device is locked, you can track it continuously as long as it is connected to your Huawei ID and is not turned off.
